Our number one goal is to provide services in social and life skills, meeting the needs of families in Sussex and surrounding areas, which are currently not being met. It is not our goal to replace or duplicate services already being provided.
We do not get overly detailed about services and programming before meeting with clients, since these will be adjusted and adapted for each client based on an extensive assessment, which will include an on-site evaluation, as well as information collected from parents, teachers, healthcare providers, and other professionals who are part of the individual’s story.
Andrew is a husband and father of four young adult children, as a family they traveled for 19 years working with children around Atlantic Canada, running church and community camps.
Sensing the need for change, Andrew made the decision to pursue further education from UNB in the study of behavioural sciences. Upon becoming a behaviour technician, he decided to open Dorey Behavioural Services in order to support individuals and families in the community who are struggling.
